GENERAL

Please note: Depending on the colour settings of your computer screen, the colour reproduction of the items may vary or be different.

 

SCOPE OF APPLICATION

The following General Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all contracts, deliveries and other services or agreements concluded between the contracting party (client) and POLE DECK.

We hereby expressly object to any deviating conditions and regulations of the contracting party unless we have agreed to their validity in writing.

 

PRICES

All prices are in CHF. The currently shown prices always apply.

 

ORDER / CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

  1. You select the desired articles and put them into the shopping cart.
  2. When you have selected everything, proceed to the checkout
  3. Under shipping choose billing and delivery address.
  4. Here you can choose the desired payment method.
  5. In the last step you can check your order. You can still make changes if necessary.

 

After completing the order, you will receive a confirmation email.

An order confirmation does not constitute a binding purchase contract. The purchase contract only becomes effective upon delivery of the goods. After receipt of payment the ordered item(s) will be shipped within 2-3 working days.

The purchase contract becomes effective after receipt of the shipment.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Normally, import duties are levied when a package reaches its destination country. All duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid by the customer. POLE DECK has no control over these duties and fees, and we cannot give any information about their amount as they differ from country to country. We recommend checking with the competent customs office before ordering to avoid unforeseen costs.
