Basic Inverts are highly sought-after milestones in any pole dancer’s journey. These moves require a lot of core strength and willingness to move the body upside down, but they will unlock a whole new world of amazing tricks. You will find inverts as leg hangs, shoulder mounts, laybacks, and their variations. Some moves may seem impossible at first but the more you try, the stronger you become. Start with elementary tricks first, feel safe and try both sides, before trying more difficult tricks. The cards will give more advanced pole dancers the opportunity to combine different figures which will increase the difficulty.
